The timetable for 2025 will be released on Monday 6th October.
Parent Pack & Medical Form
If your child hasn't attended Alfresco before then you will need to fill out one of our new medical forms and email it to max@alfrescooutdoors.co.uk
Word (Docx) is for editing and sending back as a file,
PDF is for printing and sending back as pictures,
Whichever is easiest for you.
